Well folks, I just wanted you all to know I will on a much needed vacation from 20th to 30th of this month. I wont be near any dependable form of Internet Access and or System Controls.

Everything is pretty much running as it should. and I foresee no problems. The Site and YSUO is programmed in the event of Server shutdown to Reboot as the Server Reboots. so with luck everything will be ok.

I will be leaving my phone numbers of where I will be with Tiger and Navic. for Site matters and with Drallam and Rypus for YSUO problems. If anyone has a problem that cannot wait until I return please notify one of these guys and they can contact me.

I hope everyone has a Good Turkey Day planned. Thank you folks for everything.. Slo

Tiger's To Do list while we're gone...
:/ Check for empty kegs daily... Shoehorn's been rather thirsty lately.
:/ Clean Taters dance pole after every performance.
:/ Keep Trephine and Fleetwood away from any combustible's.
:/ Order more pomade for Dapper Dan. NO Fop!
:/ Write a nice poem/story for LadyChina. Be sure to check your spelling and grammer!
:/ Find IRONHORSE. I last seen him intimidating a few KOY newbies in the Hall of Doors.
:/ Feed and bath Puppy. Make sure she doesn't bury Bones again.
:/ Finish Yserbius Online

Slo, can ya think of anything else? :D

"Well isn't this place a geographic oddity. Two weeks from everywhere ... it didn't look like a two-horse town, but try finding a decent hair jelly."

Sorry, couldn't help my self :p"

Have fun, Slohand. I hope its not one of those vacations that you need a vacation from when you get back.

I'll come up with a slew of brilliant ideas and post each and every one while you're gone. Also some more gross stories.

Here's one for the road. (don't bother to tell me that you're not leaving for almost a week - I need to tell this NOW).

So, I planted a garden for the very first time. I grew broccoli. Luscious, green, huge broccoli. I picked some just as I imagined the women of yore (not YOR) did. I went out in the heat of the day with a basket over my arm and a nice pair of sharp bladed pruning shears. When my basket was full enough, I went in and washed it, admiring its plump, firm, round (Navic, stop drooling) - GREEN - heads. I cut it up and made a vegetable stir fry with onions and carrot strips and celery and my homegrown, self-picked, carefully washed - broccoli.

Dinner progressed with much ado being made of my ability to grow the broccoli, fry it up in a pan, and never let you forget you're a ... err, no that wasn't part of it. Everybody though it was the most VIBRANT broccoli they'd ever seen; right up until the first chopped up vibrant green WORM was found on a plate...

Yes, apparently there are green worms that exactly match the hue of the broccoli. They burrow waaaaaay up into the head of the stalk, and you can't just wash them out, you have to SEE them, and pick them forcibly out. I did not know this. I was a garden pest virgin.

I can laugh about it now. Ha. Ha. And yes, dinner ended abruptly.

I cooked a turkey for the first time years ago. Family and friends arrived, everyone just having a blast. Turkey was ready, started carving and removing the stuffing. That's when I noticed the gizzard bag...
I was tolded my stuffing was better then me ma's :p

I've had a garden since I bought me house. While weeding and what not, I'd pick veggies and munch. One day I was chow'g some lettuce and noticed it was kinda slimey... ummmm slug :p
