WoW server

With all the WoW stuff tonight........Ever think of doing a WOW server? I never played the game but I did a quick search for WOW emulation and found a emu server. I'm downloading WOW right now to see what it does or if it works. I don't even know if it's something a person can or should do, legally speaking anyway.


Edit: Ok, I don't know that I will be downloading it...it's 3.1 gig. If it resumes I may get it sometime :) I may see if I can find it cheap and buy it. Can you play it offline at all?

Look into it and see what you come up with Sidd, i am pretty sure the ysuo server has plenty of left over resources to run something like that. slo

Need help with the old logo, but not like you think lol. i remembered to make a copy of it when i updated the forums,, if you go into your user control panel you change your board style. i am in the process of making the old chronicles style available to anyone who wants it.

There are no template styles out there for the chronicles so i am manually programming the new style myself. you can see what i have done so far by selecting the style Chronicles.

what i need is a copy of the old logo we used to use if you still have it,, if not i can dig one up somewhere.

He will probably renew it, i would not see why not. i mean he did just upgrade his bulletin board from phpbb to SMF 1.0 to get rid of all those spammers weekend before last, he even sent me a email about it.

we will watch and see what happens.

Welli turned off the new template for now, so that way no one finds it half done. i will be back on it probably thursday or friday i have to spend all day on the road tommorow for meetings. i will be back thursday. i will check the emails and log back in here at home and let you know the Status Tig............ slo

Secure server is using that sorbs list and sorbs is the listholder that blackmails everyone apparently. since my IP isnt going to pay sorbs to remove their IP's then that means people who use sorbs will not be able to email a yserbius email address. sorry about this, i cant make them pay money and i dam sure aint gonna pay it since it not my fault so until i can find a whole new bank of IP's somewhere at a new web host i cant do anything about it, i can afford to move to a new dedicated server right now and to much work is involved Slo
