Does character Race effect stats?

So ya think ya know Yserbius eh?

For a starting character you have base stats for each class/race combo. No randomness there, it's etched in stone. But, as your character levels up, your health, mana and dex go up randomly. So two Orc Barb's at 1st level may have different health, mana and dex scores. I leveled 3 different Orc Barbs and have a health range of 60-62 health and mana range of 9-10 (Dex score 6 for all 3 characters). So my question is... is that random number the same for each race?

Xenther, do ya have this info? I see you have the max stats for each class/race combo.

I, too would like to get ahold of the max stats for each class/race combo...where be they?
While we're at it, anyone still have a list of what armors and such add how much to the (+) side of your stats??
