1. The Inn Revival site mentions that the Dos Box is version 0.70. As of January 10, 2008, the current version is actually 0.72.
2. The "Serial" section on the website for Dos Box shows that all 4 ports are default to Disabled. With the current version, ports 1 and 2 are set to Dummy and 3 and 4 are Disabled. In any event, just change port 1 from Dummy to Modem.
3. Sick and tired of playing in a little window? You can toggle between full screen and this little window by holding the Alt key and then hit the Enter key.
4. Getting no mouse cursor after exiting INN? Use the Alt, Control and Delete buttons to bring up your Task Manager to get the mouse cursor back and then cancel the Task Manager and exit Dox Box normally.
5. One thing I have noticed in running full screen is that the game screen every 20 minutes or so distorts with the colors and the only way to fix this is to exit the game back to the map and re-enter the game again. This might be occurring due to the fact that you are running 32 bit color for a game that that more than likely (since it is a dos game) was designed for 256 colors. I am not sure if there is any other fix for this problem or if I am the only one with this problem. It appears that running INN in the small window has no such issues and runs perfectly (for me at least). One "possible" fix is that the shortcut on the desktop for DosBox has a compatibility tab and you can put a check in the boxes for "run in 256 colors" and also to "run in 640 x 480 resolution", but I would have to test this out.
