Slo has provided us with this forum to find old friends, meet new friends, and more importantly... to party in our old hangouts. That last one I might be speaking for myself, but anywho... This is your community... help us make it better... please give us feedback... good, bad, suggestions, wants, etc. If ya don't, I'll raise the drink prices in the tav's!
I'm being nice here... don't tick off Slo, Tig and Cyren... they can be evil, not as evilll as LadyChina, but you get my point... :p

Yserbius is coming back! And I'm buying the first round! :D

HEY, MY QUESTION WAS THIS - HOW COME THERE'S NEVER ANYBODY IN THE "CHAT ROOM"? IS IT FUNCTIONING? NOT THAT I MIND TALKING TO MYSELF. (goes on for a good hour regarding other things she does and doesn't mind, including shouting after Navic for an hour). SO, THAT'S MY THEORY REGARDING THE MEANING OF LIFE. PEANUT BUTTER IS THE FOOD OF THE GODS. ALSO GOOD FOR MOUSE TRAPS. NAVIC?

yep it works very fine, i guess it doesnt garner attention because it doesnt look like a tavern. Who knows... well it is there should it be required. Once YS is online that will be discontinued. Thanks Slohand

I walked in, there were exposed wooden beams, some hops drying on the walls, a blood stain or two, beat up wooden tressle tables, chairs and benches, the aroma of sweat, tears, ale, and the faint echo of a drinking song. A huge fireplace laid with the first autumn logs ready to be lit, and a carved wooden sign that said "HOME SWEET HOME" except the ME the W T and the last ME were jabbed out with a knife so it read - HO SEE HO. I'm guessing that explains the scent of tears in the air...

Okay, I just went to the chat room. I'm the only one there. Be nice to me if I don't answer. I do have to work sometime. That's why the forums are easier for me, I don't have to do it immediately. Yserbius never had to function in a window before :)

Okay, since I don't have my eyes in I'm going to feel my way into the chatroom.

*grips something soft and round, hears giggling*

Its my day off, so I'm scheduled to loll about in bed for at least another three hours, the anti-alarm deems it must be so, but I'd love to have Arboc come in to that chat room and let me give him a whirl in real time.
I won't even put my tennis shoes on to run circles around him. ;)

This is just a test to see if I figured out that odd GMT + or - thingy. I'm guessing I'm still going to be two hours faster than what my real time is. Well, I can do math, so I didn't really have to guess. Ya never know though...

I haven't figured it out. ;p

I changed the time, saved it, that didn't work. Then I changed it and submitted it, that didn't work. I guess I'll just have to give up my love of all things linear. I dunno what I'm gonna do in free fall, its just so hard for me...

I'll post this as news today... But for those of you asking and having problems with the time zones... First, you have to know what GMT zone your in... Arizona is -7... It goes up the further east you are... Till eventually you get to +0... Which is GMT...

Will help you find it... Scroll down to find your state....Come back to the Forums.. .Click on Profile... Scroll down till you see the time zone section, and change the GMT zone to the one designated by the website I mentioned above...

I do a search every couple years on "yserbius." Nice to see something besides the old hint guides. Be great if this takes off.

I play YS about once a year, work a character up from 0 to lvl 30, then get bored.

Any other VOY around? I ran into Sovereign and Slavegirl a few years back.
